“Best car buying experience I've had. They have a smaller but great selection of quality vehicles. All cars were clean and appeared to be in great condition. I was test driving one within minutes without being hassled to make a purchase right after getting back. Found exactly what I was looking for at what I felt was a great price. The staff was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and weren't pushy at all. The sale process was quick and painless. Anthony was incredibly helpful and even took an hour out of his day to help me return a rental car I had been using. I've had my car for about a month now and every part of it still works exactly as it should. I'll definitely be looking here again when it's time for the next car.”

“Mel at the front desk lady was so kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. She ordered the parts for my car and even helped me contact my insurance company, which made everything much easier. The team repaired my bumper and matched the paint color perfectly- you couldn't even tell it was damaged. They also clean my car inside and out and it looks spotless when I picked it up. “I want to commend JJ auto body's for taking responsibility for anything that occurred to the car. Recently ran into a deer on the highway and brought my Challenger to them for repairs. Prices are the best in town and they do quick, efficient work. They were responsive throughout the entire process of fixing the car and took responsibility in fixing the smaller issues that occurred after the fix. They are an awesome business and would 100 percent recommend them to anyone that need any bodywork, paint correction etc. Again thank you so much Janet and Juan!”

I work with him and he cares about every customer than walks through that door. I,ve worked on projects with him and worked on cars with him. “Great place! Super fast. Circle building to the right, back into 1 of 3 docks with doors open. Dtarted wash as soon as I docked. Walk around to office. Stephanie checked me out quickly and very friendly. Washout finished by the time i got back to truck. In Tulip truck stop with plenty of parking. Will be back!!”
“I went to their Kalamazoo location to get a set if tires. They gave me a really great deal on name brand tires. Also they educated me a little on tires when I asked questions. “I seriously cannot say enough good things about Saugatuck Collision! Everyone there was amazing and so nice. They helped me get my car fixed and even though I had to wait an extra day for a part to come in, they made the whole process so easy.
I also really appreciated that they were honest and fair with me. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or overcharged, which unfortunately can be hard to find when dealing with car repairs.
And honestly, the fact that they called me the next day after I got home just to make sure I made it home safely and that everything was good with my car really says a lot about them. They genuinely care about their customers even after you leave.
Also, I have to mention their adorable dog Coconut 😂❤ She was the cutest little bonus while I was there!
