The biggest part - this was a overhaul and redo from a collision shop that just got paid almost $10000 and a horrible job! “We purchased a used trailer, and were concerned about the bounce we were getting at certain speeds. We were trying to decide whether to keep this trailer or not...K&R said we could swing by anytime for a quick visual inspection and some advice. We brought the trailer to them late in the day, they had us pull it into the shop, and a handful of guys swarmed all over it. They raised the rear with a forklift so they could better assess the bearings, axles & wheel alignment/balancing. They definitely had some concerns, but since we came in just before closing, we did not have much time. They suggested we leave it with them and if they had some free time the next day they would look it over more closely. They did, and found some problems that were dealbreakers for us. The conclusion was that we did not buy the right type of trailer for our needs. I asked them what I owed for their time, and they said "nothing"...wow! I think they felt bad that we spent money on a trailer that just would not work for us. I'm not suggesting that they will do work for free, but I did get the impression that they were a good group of technicians with a management team that cares about their customers. I figure the least I could do was leave a positive review reflecting the generous help they provided to us. Thank you!!!”

“It was a Saturday morning and I was on vacation and my engine light came on. I stopped in and they hooked my car up to the computer and gave me a diagnostic, checked the oil and helped calm my nerves. They let me know I could make it home without issue and were extremely kind the entire time. I so appreciate an honest business willing to help a traveler out.”
