“Great service and price. Tire low indicator light came on in South Haven. Filled it up, but only got to Saugatuck Blue Star exit before the light came on again. My husband was going to change to the spare tire, but Ihle was right down the road so we drove there. Young man helped us right away! He found the object that had penetrated the tire, repaired it and we were back on the road within 20 minutes! Highly recommend going here for your service needs!”
“Five hours from home and hit a deer on our way here. Stopped by and Adam took great care of me. Was able to get my car In shape to drive back home. Wonderful service and great guys!!!!”
“Had the usual trouble this last summer attempting to have updates made to my motorcycle, after two failures @ two different shops, I ended up on Mickey's doorstep with my head in my hands on a poor running bike ! He, hesitantly, took on the project and in a week had it running in excellent condition, actually better than before ! I would not hesitate to take my other bikes here for service and plan to. Thx for reading, Jim”

“Cheap and kind! $15 to travel around Sagautuck. $25 to go further like to the Wineries. On busy nights give them like 30-45 minutes to pick you up. They know the area and can avoid traffic. Love supporting local businesses! Thank you Cyndi!”

“I seriously cannot say enough good things about Saugatuck Collision! Everyone there was amazing and so nice. They helped me get my car fixed and even though I had to wait an extra day for a part to come in, they made the whole process so easy.
I also really appreciated that they were honest and fair with me. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or overcharged, which unfortunately can be hard to find when dealing with car repairs.
And honestly, the fact that they called me the next day after I got home just to make sure I made it home safely and that everything was good with my car really says a lot about them. They genuinely care about their customers even after you leave.
Also, I have to mention their adorable dog Coconut 😂❤ She was the cutest little bonus while I was there!
Thank you so much to everyone at Saugatuck Collision for making a stressful situation so much easier. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car! 🚗❤”
