“Completely impressed with the customer service and follow up that Landsharks in Saugatuck provided. They had a baseball cap that I wanted, but unfortunately not in my size. After speaking to an employee they said they were not certain if it was even available anymore. I was asked to leave my name and contact information so they could contact me if one was available. I left thinking I will never hear back from them in any capacity, if the hat was available or not. So, to my surprise a few weeks later I received a call from a Landsharks employee asking me where I wanted to hat shipped to if I still wanted it. I was completely taken aback by the follow up and follow through. I received the hat a coupe of days later along with a very nice card thanking me for my patience! All I can say is wow! Very few companies today take the time to assist a customer in this manner, especially for a relatively inexpensive baseball hat.
Thank you Landsharks! Your efforts were greatly appreciated.

“It's nice to have this level of service from a clothing store. Seams like it's been years for me. I love cloths and have been to many clothing store recently. The level of service has been slowly declining in most clothing stores. Not here. Favorite place to purchase clothing with great service, selection, and yes pricing.”

“Great store with a really nice selection and great prices! We were visiting at Thanksgiving and the sales associate was great - I bought the cutest sweater that was a bonus 20% off on Black Friday and was thrilled. I will definitely go back👍🏼”
“My shirt was made right in front of me. It turned out so well! I wanted a unique Saugatuck t shirt. The fact that I watched it being made was special to me. The man who made my shirt (maybe the owner?) was so kind & personable. I hope I get to return to the area one day!”

We found some great t shirt deals at this store. Some were on sale but even their regular pricing was not gouging like some of the other stores on this strip.
We bought tshirts and a petoskey stone looking hydroflask type container. They had some really cool maps and other large wall hanging items we liked a lot but didn't buy this time.

“Honestly, I don't usually post reviews! But I fell in love with this store. I decided to buy some candles but I didn't want to bring them in my suitcase. So the owner offered to send them to my house. It was very kind of him. Today I received the product in perfect condition and very quickly. The experience and attention is amazing.
