“Completely impressed with the customer service and follow up that Landsharks in Saugatuck provided. They had a baseball cap that I wanted, but unfortunately not in my size. After speaking to an employee they said they were not certain if it was even available anymore. I was asked to leave my name and contact information so they could contact me if one was available. I left thinking I will never hear back from them in any capacity, if the hat was available or not. So, to my surprise a few weeks later I received a call from a Landsharks employee asking me where I wanted to hat shipped to if I still wanted it. I was completely taken aback by the follow up and follow through. I received the hat a coupe of days later along with a very nice card thanking me for my patience! All I can say is wow! Very few companies today take the time to assist a customer in this manner, especially for a relatively inexpensive baseball hat. Thank you Landsharks! Your efforts were greatly appreciated. Jim”

“The lady working the counter on the Monday in June we shopped was great! She was funny and friendly. We found some great t shirt deals at this store. Some were on sale but even their regular pricing was not gouging like some of the other stores on this strip. We bought tshirts and a petoskey stone looking hydroflask type container. They had some really cool maps and other large wall hanging items we liked a lot but didn't buy this time. Check this place out! If you want some souvenirs, you can't go wrong here.”
