“Excellent service! The kind of service that we just don't get anymore. Lots of merchandise however what I needed wasn't in stock but they ordered it and will call when it arrives. There's lots of parking in the front entrance and back entrance as well. Their prices are competitive but what makes the prices even more of a value is the fact that it's supporting a local business owned by a local family.
The whole vibe makes ya happy just to stop in and browse maybe it's the way the old wood floors creek a little.The building and hardware have stood the test of time.”

“Just one of the many big box home improvement stores. I can't give it five stars because half the time I can't find anybody to ask where something is but they do have a better HVAC metal department than Home Depot. A big bonus is their Clearance items are all in one place unlike the orange guys.”
“I just had Kerwin Electric service my Honeywell with it’s annual check up, and I DID in fact, need a new battery! Luke was my technician this time. Exceptional communication and thorough repair and tune up! Don’ call anyone else for your generator / electrical needs! These guys are great! Owner is responsive on Facebook and office gal, Kathy is wonderful! !

“I really like this store. It's like going to a flea market or Shipshawana. Really great prices on things like tube socks, nitrile gloves, work gloves, duck tape, masking tape and bungee cords just to name a few. Lots of tools and flash lights of every shape and size. It's just a fun trip. You should go.”
