“Yousif Jay is the best to work with, very attentive and detail oriented, easy to work with and solves problems. We called another AT&T location and the guy said he couldn’t help me over the phone. Yousif provided solutions and did so in a timely fashion, highly recommend.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chase at AT&T! My husband and I switched our service to AT&T in April, and Chase made the entire process easy and stress free. He also went above and beyond to help us get my mother’s landline service set up to work through a cellular connection. But what truly sets Chase apart is his dedication to his customers long after the sale is complete. When we switched, I was supposed to receive an $800 gift card to help pay off my previous Verizon phone. Unfortunately, I missed the deadline to submit the paperwork. Most salespeople would have simply told me there was nothing they could do. Not Chase! He continued working on my behalf, never gave up, and today informed me that I will be receiving an $800 credit on my next bill to help pay off Verizon! Chase is genuinely kind, friendly, patient, and incredibly dedicated to his customers. He doesn’t just make a sale and move on.. He follows through and truly cares about making things right. AT&T is extremely fortunate to have someone like Chase representing their company. He has earned our trust and appreciation, and I would recommend him to anyone considering AT&T. Thank you, Chase, for your persistence, kindness, and exceptional customer service. You are truly one of a kind!”

“Isa came in on Christmas morning to help me with my phone case. Then I leave Metro store to go to my car and leaning on my car 4 brand new tires and rims, just for purchasing a screen saver. Also thank you to Wusama may peace and glory be upon him, after excepting our god and savior Jesus Christ, who was crucified for the sins of anyone who has Jesus Christ in their hearts. Goodbye Mohammed Allah Ali”

“Target is always target you can depend on the brand for offering certain items and they are open late. This location is clean, organized and they have a helpful staff. I am not sure I am crazy about the new set up of the stores but that has nothing to do with this location i realize that's a corporate decision. Always a staple!”

“I had an outstanding experience with Chris at AT&T today. He was incredibly helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question I had without making me feel rushed or pressured. His professionalism and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience stress-free. Customer service like this is hard to find, and Chris is a perfect example of how every customer should be treated. He made me feel confident in staying with AT&T because I know there are employees like him who truly care about their customers. Thank you, Chris, for going above and beyond—I sincerely appreciate everything you did for me today!”
