“Our family depends upon our vehicles daily to make life work. Suddenly on an unplanned afternoon I was stuck with a paper weight that looked very much like my wife’s van… darn thing wouldn’t start or even come close. After much of the normal troubleshooting I was stumped and needed help. After reading reviews I decided to give A&E a try. Not only did they give a stellar and reasonable towing recommendation, they turned a full repair around in only a few days with zero advanced notice.Ed was great to work with over the phone initially to set everything up. I met Shane upon pick up, who graciously explained everything weird thing that was going on and why it was not so easy to figure out. Finally, Kim kept up with regular and clear communication throughout which helps soothe a family unsure of what would occur.All this great service was capped off with a very reasonable price, and I’ll reiterate the quick turnaround. Just a great shop, I could not be more pleased.Thank you A&E Service team. We are truly blessed to have found you all and we will certainly be coming back when the needs arise.”

“UPDATE FROM AN OLDER REVIEW: Mazur's continues to knock it out of the park, setting the high bar for customer service. Howard and Dave continue to be fantastic to work with, and they make us feel like family. In addition to routine maintenance since my last review, we have had rodent activity in the engine compartment, causing fuel and electrical issues. Please call them if you have automotive issues; you will not be disappointed.
OLDER REVIEW: We have used Mazur's several times, for a variety of services. This time some shrapnel in the tire. What a nuisance, right? Well, we happened to purchase those tires from them, so the repair was handled for free. What a nice little surprise, especially this time of the year. Thanks, Ken and Howard! ***Good customer service should be standard everywhere, at Mazur's that service has been excellent.***”
“I had my car serviced here recently for a water pump, after numerous estimates from other auto service shops . NATIONAL MECHANIX was significantly lower . Very reasonable! Their customer service and price quote was outstanding. They went beyond all expectations in the time frame and experience in repair. Have had no issues and my vehicle is running perfectly with NO issues. I HIGHLY recommend this auto repair shop.the mechanics are highly skilled , it was a pleasure to business with them, and if I need further assistance for any repairs it will be with them .”

“Best Auto repair shop in South Lyon Area . Honest reasonable pricing. Extremely Knowledgeable with any Vehicle I have brought there in the past 37 years. Norm is personable and tells you what needs to be done. Willing to delay non essential repairs if your budget doesn't allow everything to be done at once. You may have to wait for repairs to be completed at times, but I usually drop off for repairs estimate and then bring the vehicle in when his schedule is not overwhelming and the repairs are usually completed in one day!”
