Suddenly on an unplanned afternoon I was stuck with a paper weight that looked very much like my wife’s van… darn thing wouldn’t start or even come close. After much of the normal troubleshooting I was stumped and needed help. After reading reviews I decided to give A&E a try. Not only did they give a stellar and reasonable towing recommendation, they turned a full repair around in only a few days with zero advanced notice.Ed was great to work with over the phone initially to set everything up. I met Shane upon pick up, who graciously explained everything weird thing that was going on and why it was not so easy to figure out. Finally, Kim kept up with regular and clear communication throughout which helps soothe a family unsure of what would occur.All this great service was capped off with a very reasonable price, and I’ll reiterate the quick turnaround. “They are great, guys! Took my vehicle in on Labor Day Weekend. They assured me they were open and had the time to inspect my vehicle. I kept hearing a weird noise on my passenger side, I really couldn't pinpoint the issue. (Wheel Barring, Ball Joint, Loose Caliper, Joint/Arm, or a bad strut/shock). They looked it over for me and gave me a thorough answer on the issue. I appreciate them taking the time to talk to me, fix the problem, educate me, and make me feel at ease. So, I didn't have to keep worrying about it and to feel safe driving my vehicle. I respect that in the vehicle industry. Just talk to me and help me understand. There was no rushing me, being an alarmist, pushing me off because they were too busy or trying to up charge me. I'll be taking my vehicle to Norm's here on out for all my vehicle needs.
