They changed my oil, topped fluids off, checked my lights and windshield wipers and pointed out any concerns. The staff were polite and courteous and had extensive knowledge in their field. “They are great, guys! Took my vehicle in on Labor Day Weekend. They assured me they were open and had the time to inspect my vehicle. I kept hearing a weird noise on my passenger side, I really couldn't pinpoint the issue. (Wheel Barring, Ball Joint, Loose Caliper, Joint/Arm, or a bad strut/shock). They looked it over for me and gave me a thorough answer on the issue. I appreciate them taking the time to talk to me, fix the problem, educate me, and make me feel at ease. So, I didn't have to keep worrying about it and to feel safe driving my vehicle. I respect that in the vehicle industry. Just talk to me and help me understand. There was no rushing me, being an alarmist, pushing me off because they were too busy or trying to up charge me. I'll be taking my vehicle to Norm's here on out for all my vehicle needs. They earned my trust.”
