āI always go to this location because the staff I really friendly and understanding! My car wouldnāt start up after the oil service and swap out of my wipers(not their fault my car is older and on its way out anyway) and they let me stay in the bay until it started up!ā

āSaw something odd on my Jeep (“flaps” hanging down behind my front tires), randomly drove into Serra and asked if they could look at it and they immediately had someone check it out and then repaired it on the spot, no charge. The staff at that location is very professional, from the manager to the staff. The customer service is awesome!! They always make my experience memorable. And while servicing my car, they always give a courtesy shuttle to home and back safely, such a great team!!!?ā

āThe best mechanic in the city. I m a girl and have no knowledge about cars, so I went to this place with an issue of oil leaking. He checked and fixed it within 30 minutes for $50 only. Fair and explained things for me very kindly. Again I went thinking again I m having the same issue, but he explained and told me there is no issue in my car. He checked everything including air filters, oil and everything and explained to me I have nothing to fix. No scams, no lies he didn’t charge me nothing for the inspection. Very honest and kind professional. I recommend for ppl like me that they can trust this place. He charge you only for what you have genuinely fix only.ā
āWe had a great experience at Glassman Mitsubishi. I ended up buying something unexpected but it was better than what I originally wanted and cost less. I had an issue with the vehicle early on and they fixed it quickly and even got me a Uber so I didn’t have to worry about getting a ride. Jordane was an excellent sales person and Savon in maintenance was great!ā
āI broke down literally right across the street from their shop and 2 hours away from my home. Although they couldn't fix my vehicle that day, they were so accommodating and great to work with. If I lived in this area, I wouldn't hesitate to use them as my mechanic shop. They were correct in their diagnosis and thankfully I was able to make it back home but they gave me the reassurance. So 5+ stars for excellent customer service and can't recommend them enough!ā
āOf course my Ac went out last night (holiday weekend). I called this morning, tech was here within an hour of my call, diagnosed & replaced the capacitor. He was friendly and my ac was back up and running quickly.

āI genuinely never leave reviews because i typically get mediocre services but the treatment i received from day one with auto doctors was amazing. They went above and beyond the service requested. Gavin and bill were the best!! I never will go anywhere else. I’ve been solely dealing with Land Rover for all my needs and even they didn’t provide the service that auto doctors did!!!
Their name speaks for itself. You can tell they do their job with a passion and it’s a plus that they’re great at it. I told bill that he had super powers lol the way he’s able to hear about a problem and use his expertise with 100% accuracy and solve the problem I’m more than impressed. My truck is fixed and better than expected. Thank you guys you have a customer for lifeā

āAfter getting into an accident my insurance company did not make it easy to know the next steps after filing my claim. These guys helped me know exactly what to expect. While it took longer than I was hoping, they kept me informed along the way and we cannot even tell the difference between the before and after! Would come back and refer them to anyone who went through the same thingā

āI stopped by Belle Tire at 13/Southfield and I wish I could give more than five stars! I had a nail in my tire and wasn't sure if it could be patched or if I had to purchase a new tire, which I did not want to do. Joshua greeted me with a smile and was so nice, professional and helpful. I was taken care of, almost, immediately. Tone was able to repair the tire at no cost to me!! Yes, you read that correctly!! They repaired the hole from the nail and I was on my way. This is, definitely, the only place I will visit going forward for any issues with my tires or anything else related to my car that they can fix. Great service and great staff!!ā

He didn't try to box me into a corner or sell me a line of fantasy; he listened, cut through the usual noise, and handled the transaction with a calm efficiency that felt almost surreal for a showroom floor.
I leased a 2026 Honda Civic Sport, drove off the lot genuinely happy, and didn't feel the sudden urge to scrub my skin with lye afterward.
If you share my deep-seated contempt for the traditional car-buying carnival, do yourself a favor: head to Tamaroff and find Marc. The man deserves full credit for taking an experience I usually dread and turning it into an absolute win.ā
