“Tyrone Simmons provides outstanding customer service. He's personable and always seems happy to help you. I've had my cars serviced there twice I and highly recommend them. They don't take forever to repair your car or jack up the repair price like our dealership recommended collision shop. I've been there twice and they did a great job, repairing my bumper within 2 days. The only thing I didn't like was the second time they didnt have a car to take me back home. But my husband came and took me back. So be sure you have a ride back home and then to pick up your car when it's done. The money you save will be worth it though. I paid $500.00 less there than at Suburban Honda.”

“The best dealer and repair shop I purchased 2 BMW 5 series since 2005 til 2021 My BMW is still running and I had monitor repairs of common things of the used vechile I last purchased it was about 1 year befor I started having issues like starter altenator control arms shocks but nothing major the car also shuts down before I believe I can truely damage my engine or trans which is an usual feeling with a vechile that’s used . My Car was 13 years old 1 original owner this owner always blesses me with the best and in my price range he still always gives me a really fair price . He has also had employess driving the vexhile to check on anything before I took it off the lot I had a missing peice of plastic cosmetics which he also sent me to an oak park for that to be replaced for no charge ! He also made sure that I had my oil changed. N filters windshield wipers ordered brand new replaced tires were in great condition also ! I will sleep comming back and appreciate the mechanics are ready and willing to deal with any concern or complaint . As well as taught me how to use certain things in the vechile. I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good Owner Been in Buisness for years ! And always make sure you have a plate and tag B4 u drive off in your new vechile!”

“I had my windshield repaired at the Safelite location in Southfield on January 18, 2024 and from the day I stepped into the office to schedule my service until it was completed the staff at the location were friendly, professional and my windshield was repaired very quickly. I was asked when scheduling my vehicle if my car had collision warning or lane departure (ADAS); which it does. This increased the cost of the repair as the windshield would need to be recalibrated. However, after doing some additional research I found out that some auto replacement dealers do not perform this function and some customers have found this out after-the-fact. So I was very pleased that this was done as this was one of the important features for which I purchased my vehicle and I would have been upset had it not worked later. Additionally, I was told my car could take 2-3 hours to repair. I opted to wait in their reception area (which was very clean with tables and chairs, and free bottles of water and coffee and cream). My car was done in exactly 2 hours. My service tech was also very friendly and advised me not to remove the tape for 24 hours or have my car washed for 48 hours. I noticed when I got back in my vehicle he had also re-attached my oil change sticker from my dealer. A small but much appreciated gesture. Again, I can't say how pleased I am with my experience at Safelite. Prompt and polite service in a very clean and pleasant environment.”

“Seriously amazing.My chevy got scratched, and my husband brought it in here before he told me about any of the damage.They somehow got the paint to match perfectly, little sparkles and all. They got the little dents out without any indication there was a dent to begin with.I literally couldn't tell where it got scratched and dented. I would have been upset it happened, but I couldn't tell you where it happened, so if you don't want your wife to freak out about scratches and dents, just go here. They have like a master paint artist or something. They will save you that future argument.”
