“I would definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family. I'm handicapped and elderly, and the young man at the front desk was very patient and kind. He took the time to explain everything. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional yet made me feel very comfortable. I'd also like to add, my reservation was made over the phone, and the agent who took my reservation was very helpful, efficient and friendly. All in all, the whole experience was a positive one. One I'd be happy to do over if and when I'm ever in need again.”

“Van was very clean. It did have an extremely strong cigarette and marijuana scent in the front and back of the van which can cause issues for asthmatics. It was otherwise very well maintained, zero issues, excellent ease to obtain and return with the people inside. Would rent again from this location.”
“Absolute lifesavers! I had a terrible experience with the Saginaw store—they misled me and made my moving day completely miserable. I walked into the 7 Mile Road location stressed and exhausted, but the staff here was beyond kind and friendly. They listened to what happened, fixed the mess the other store created, and truly turned my day around.
