The return process was just as simple. I downloaded the app and created an account and saw an after hours return option which was great although I din't have to use that feature. “We had a vehicle break down approx 60 miles from home, so we rented a flat bed car hauler to go and retrieve the vehicle. Staff was helpful, friendly and helped us hook up, get the lights working and head in down the road. The trailer worked perfectly! It has built-in straps to anchor the car (but we added more). Note: the vehicle your towing sites far up on the trailer, so due to the weight of the engine it increases your tongue weight. We had a full size older Excursion and it squatted the vehicle quite a bit. But it pulled well and got is home with no incidents.”
