“I really needed to get a fax response to the IRS for the nonprofit I am associated with. Joe was very helpful and able to get the long fax through, solving my problem. I had tried at another UPS Store near my home, but the fax machine there did not seem to be fast enough to get the job through. I went to a FedEx store and an Office Depot near me and both were much more expensive, plus I had to figure out how their machines worked and try (unsuccessfully) to do it myself. Best result and service at this business!”
“I had a good experience going to drop off my item inside UPS store. Yesterday was the problem when they did knock at my door and I got a doorbell and they left a piece of paper where I I have to go pick it up. I thought that was wrong. You should’ve rung the doorbell, but you didn’t. You just left a little piece of paper.”

Our daughter was getting married, and at the last minute, she asked me to print off seating place cards for the reception. The format she provided had about 4 place cards to a single sheet on about 40 sheets, so it would require cutting/slicing the paper. When I got to the store to use the manual paper cutter, I asked if Julius had any suggestions based on his experience to make them come out as evenly as possible.
Sensing my stress and concern about making the wrong cuts, Julius calmly offered to use the cutting machine behind the counter. He made quick work of a job that would have certainly taken me a significant amount of time with very questionable results. When I asked how much I owed, he said nothing! I cannot tell you how much I appreciated his kindness and exceptional customer service at this very stressful time!
