When I noticed I was running low on a prescription, I had a refill called in to this CVS that is close by. I received a text a couple days later that it was ready. The information on Yelp indicates a drive through pharmacy but that is incorrect. There is no drive through at this pharmacy! So I went inside and was out five minutes later with my prescription from the friendly pharmacist.”

“I stopped here to see if they had a certain stylus pen. Nora went the extra distance trying to help me. She even took the time to open the packages up so I could try them out! She was very friendly and it was obvious the other customers appreciated her, too. The store in general was packed with a huge variety of items. I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.”

“Gotta recognize when someone is really good at their job, even when it's not easy. The pharmacist at this location is awesome- he helped me sort through an issue with my two insurances and good rx to see which was the best price. To see people deal with their jobs with total apathy and borderline rudeness is the norm, so I gotta shout this guy out. I noticed that he remembered several customers names who were waiting. As someone who's taken thyroid meds since I was a kid, I know he is not the typical pharmacist and hope cvs notices it!”

“You can find what you need quickly. I do like that the self check out lanes seem to be working most of the time. Parking is plentiful. Mom my loves this location and because of that I have to rate them higher than a 3:) Staff seem to be willing to help when you need help which is a plus. “I normally don't care to do reviews, but I wanted to certainly take the time out of my day to personally thank the kind person at CVS PHARMACY @ 23881 Greenfield for their honesty, consideration and punctuality on last week. I was in a big hurry, and 8 of my important card information apparently fell out of my wallet; License, debit cards, insurance cards and more. 8 in total! I was so baffled as to the possibility of me losing 8 cards, that I actually accused someone for stealing it who was nowhere near where I apparently dropped it. Called the police and everything. However, before I even knew the accused person was innocent, God was dealing with me and I felt just terrible about my reaction. Believing I was handeling it rightly by contacting the police, and so two days later, I went to apologize to the lady, but she wasn't at her job that day. That following evening, I discovered in my mail, ALL 8 cards from CVS! I was more surprised that it was all returned than anything. Mailed it directly to me. I then, went back up to the young lady's job with an apology card to express my sincerest apologies. Not as a woman, but as a human being. Most people would just let it go, but I needed to face her with a genuine apology, just as bold as I faced her with accusations. She forgave me and we hugged. I offered further compensation, and she declined saying that the apology was more than enough. I learned a lot of valuable lessons during this situation. But had not that CVS employee played his/her part in doing the right thing, not keeping it behind the desk until someone came and asked, but being proactive in assuring it was received, an innocent person would have been perceived as guilty. We all have our parts to play in correcting our wrongs. I'm just grateful for the privilege to do so. Thank you whoever you are at CVS! May God bless you!”

“The Pharmacist Ali and staff do an excellent job each time I’m there. Although short staffed, they handle things efficiently, professionally, and in a personable way. Especially Pharmacist Ali, he simply is steady going, helpful, pleasant, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, a great problem solver and makes you feel important no matter what. I realize anyone can have a bad experience, but I go often and this is always the good result.I went in for my COVID-19 booster, flu shot, and RSV vaccination. I arrived ahead of my appointment time. No problem. I’ve had problems with my prescriptions that they worked out with my doctor. This is their typical service. They do a really good job. I recommend this place highly...”

“I don't know where the majority of the people here go to, but the people workers and pharmacists are very helpful. If I have a difficulty of any sort I can get assistance in anything, and everything that I'm looking for. Since it's a big chain I found that I could get assistance very easily.In addition to that, the CVS hundreds of miles away from the place that I use on a regular basis was able to contact the one near my home and give me assistance. So, if you're out there looking for a place to go to for a drugstore, don't let the reviews from on here push you away. There are some people who have done good business with CVS.”

“I had a great experience here. My daughters diabetes prescription was not available at her current pharmacy and we were leaving for vacation the following morning. I was slightly panicked that I would have trouble finding it a surrounding pharmacy. I decided to stop into this pharmacy and thankfully they had her diabetic supplies in stock. They easily transferred her prescription over and I was out of the pharmacy within 15 minutes! Im truly grateful!”

“The pharmacists that works here goes above & beyond to make sure patients receives either their medication or an emergency supply if medication is closed out by YOUR doctor!! Which the pharmacy has NO control of !! They are closed 1:30 -2:00 pm for lunch (so sorry that even people at Walgreens pharmacy needs a lunch and occasionally a break ) and closes 9 on Monday - Friday & 6 pm on weekends (it doesn’t take a rocket science to read what time the pharmacy closes online ) so not their problem most of y’all can’t read READING IS FUNDAMENTAL!!! Most of these “complaints “ are childish and about things they legally cannot make happen or control ,due to insurance not covering medication, being extremely busy filling your medication or your loved ones medication ,there are over 10 million ppl in michigan and only a handful of pharmacist . YOU CAN WAIT FOR YOUR MEDICATION YA MOMMA SHOULDA TAUGHT YALL PATIENCE !!! If their not able to answer phone as much ,because it is a PHARMACY then simply idk COME IN , or if y’all don’t like the wait GO SOMEWHERE ELSE simpleton . So tired of seeing people giving these heroes a hard time ,cursing ,spitting ,yelling ,and being outright disrespectful. But if they did that to y’all then it would be a WHOLE nother problem . Learn respect first and maybe you’ll get it back .”

“When I went to this gas station I thought I went to a five star hotel. The place was so neat and clean that it didn’t look like a gas station. The customer service over their was great and they were very caring, They always greet you, and they will always help you with anything you need. The first time i went there i had a flat tire and person that was working i think his name was Ramsy he helped me and offered me a free cup of water. If you ever need a snack they have everything from I-cream to sub sandwiches. If I could go there everyday I would.”
