“Overnight Parking. Got a knock on my door @ 4:30am. With 4 trucks parked overnight, employee had all of us back to docks, got all of our trailers unloaded, and when business actually opened @ 7:30am, we received our paperwork. That’s above & beyond service. Thank you! ?? There is enough space to move around the lot if you know how to drive, and I urge you to ignore any hateful reviews. Too many disgruntled new truckers that don’t understand the business. 5/5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ in my 1,400,000 mile book.”

“I've done business with this company for quite a while. Theyve always been super accommodating. The people complaining about missing appointments baffle me. The pick up time is up to the customer. It's made, by you, days in advance. There are 2-3 days, and many times for you to choose from. Who's fault is it that you can't make it? Also, there is a phone number and email on the invoice for the employee who is in charge of that particular pick up site, if you can't get there on time. Pick up the phone. They will do whatever they can to help. I've done it. To the guy who thinks it's too "sketchy" to pick up in Detroit, don't bid on that auction. Stick to whatever area you feel comfortable in. It's your choice. The location for pick up is on the bid page. In addition, why is it funny or "suspicious" that the one poster says he gets the item for his final left bid? If you're such an auction veteran, you would know that happens often. If it seems "odd" to you then don't do it. Follow the last few minutes of the auction and bid as it goes. These folks have a very friendly staff, and, as I said, are always willing to help. It would seem some people here would have better things to do than post exaggerated and misleading reviews to hurt someone's business, while hiding behind a keyboard. Mistakes happen all the time. They deal with 1000's of items and many, many bidders every week. Get over yourselves and deal with it.”

“Arrived at 5:30AM for a 6:00 appt. Went inside at door 34, there is a paper that you need to fill out with your name, company, and cell phone number and leave it in a basket with your paperwork. Someone called me at 5:50 with a door assignment and instructions to slide tandems all the way back, chock both wheels, disconnect from trailer and someone would be out to put a glad-hand lock on. When finished they would bring signed paperwork out. Someone did bring paperwork out and told me i was all set at 6:25. Hooked back up to my trailer and was out of there. Based on previous reviews, my expectations were not high but over all was a good experience.”

“My daughter works here. The company is good, however they really need to monitor the parking lot. I pick my daughter up 4 days out the week. As I wait in parking lot I have witnessed many accidents. Accidents that occur because instead of parking in a spot, people want to park right in front of door, which limits people moving around in parking lot safely and you have people parking illegally in handicap parking.”
