She really helped me out! She text me back and kept up with what was going on with it. She answered all my questions and more. “We needed a new oven after ours quit after 25 yrs. We went to Busen's Appliance after some research on ovens.
Alicia was very helpful in helping us select a new oven. We went with the Whirlpool one. The sale went flawless.
The delivery men did a great job in bringing and setting up the new oven. They took care in handling the oven.
The delivery person went over everything with us.
I highly recommend this local Lincoln Park , Michigan business. We did check the big box stores and found they where right on the ballpark pricing.

“I took my dell two in one tablet to get my cracked touch pad fixed, but it was too expensive! It still works, but I don't want to touch the tiny cracked part. I can use my screen/stylus or mouse pad to work. Update! I bought a Chrome Book for my daughter and she loves it!”
“My order was placed in a locker. So convenient and easy to use. Two options to retrieve the order, use the code that was sent to me and type it into the on-site screen or use the QR code to scan into the machine that unlocks the locker. Very simple and convenient. Didn't need to go inside the store. The lockers were in the entryway. Very happy with the ease of use!”
“Had to load 20 pieces of 10 foot drywall by myself the gentleman I believe his name was Titus in the building. Materials department was gracious enough to give me a hand without complaint super friendly super nice really appreciated the help that kind of stuff goes a long way you guys have a great day.”

The staff here is incredibly friendly and actually goes out of their way to help you find what you need rather than just pointing toward a sign. I also really appreciate how secure and well-maintained the parking area is. Definitely my go to spot for any project.”

“Trager I've used everything to smoke from the egg to the electric or super basic charcoal grill. This have ben fun. Im using a lot more wood pellets compared to woodchips. So take that into thought before u get one. I spe t about 40 on pellets already this summer. Which is about 10 times more then I've ever spent. Lol but a big fan is has a fan so chicken skin gets crunchy. which was an unexpected bonus.”

“I went here to pick up some supplies for a local property. The place sits near fairlane mall and I found out the traffic can be kind of heavy at times. It was very busy. There are many stores around this location so it can be tough to find. Once i arrived in the store I was greeted and asked if I needed some help. This was really surprising and helpful. Some of these big box stores typically do not ask you if you need help. They were very helpful and pointed me to the right direction for various items. The same service guide that asked me in the first place also asked if I found everything. Great customer service and a breath of fresh air. This trip was a great experience and was a welcome visit.”
