“I didn't have high expectations based on the reviews and the rating for this branch but I was pleasantly surprised. I arrived at the bank 15 min before closing and was assisted immediately by Jeremy. Not only did he resolve my inquiry, but he took the time to explain everything and did not rush us. Truly amazing. Happy I chose this bank and I am certain this will be my go-to branch for any issues/requests.”
“Valecia is excellent in customer service and very patient. I came in to get a cashier's check and I forgot to tell the customer service rep I needed the remitter to be in my sons name. Valencia patiently assisted the customer service rep to print the check exactly how I wanted it. I worked in banking for years and I know how frustrating it can be at times but she didn't make me feel like it was a burden to change the check for me. The customer service rep also was kind and apologized for not confirming how I wanted the check although it was not his fault. He was kind and thanked me for coming in.”
