Julie was able to make changes to the dress to satisfy my daughter even more!

She also designed my daughter's prom date suit.

Been to this store multiple times and they always have a good variety of clothes in different sizes from newborn all the way to 14 XL for kids ?? The clothing is made of long lasting material a cotton/polyester blend that feels soft and doesn't shrink like 100% cotton tends to ? The licensed tees are super cool today they had Miles Morales which all the kids love thank you Carter's ????”

“I cannot say enough about Haley and Sarah at the Fairlane Center Children’s Place store. I am a busy mom that works full-time and has four daughters. I placed an order early in January and decided to have my order shipped to the store. I unfortunately was not able to get my order within the timeframe and my items went back onto the sales floor. I called Sarah in a panic asking what options I had. She was absolutely wonderful and explained that if I were to come in that they would do their best to find the items for me. She assisted me in navigating a situation with a gift card that I had used with the purchase as well. I arrived here at the store and Haley was absolutely phenomenal!! I mean, phenomenal! She went through my entire order and found item by item for me. There was a total of 24 items and she was able to locate each one of them except one dress. Haley offered to look for the item online, which we were able to find, and have shipped to my home. I am a busy mom who placed an order for my daughters for the entire upcoming year. The fact that these ladies were so helpful and accommodating and went through and found each item again is above and beyond! I am just absolutely mind blown at their excellent customer service. In a day and age where Customer Service seems to be a thing of the past, these two went above and beyond the call of service! I will never shop anywhere else other than Childrens place Fairlane for all four of my daughters. If you get an opportunity to visit this store, please do. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, Haley and Sarah for all of your help. From the bottom of my heart. This busy mom will never ever forget this experience! “Love the clothes! Wish they had more toys and wish they had other baby items such as carseats, strollers, playpens, etc. Staff is always nice and helpful with pointing out sales or finding what your looking for.”

“Having an H&M right here in downtown Detroit on Woodward is a massive win. You absolutely cannot beat the convenience of having a major retail store close by, especially if you live in the area—it completely saves me from having to drive all the way out to the suburbs just to pick up a few things.
The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is the selection restrictions. They don't carry any men's accessories here because of high theft, so if you're looking for things like belts, you're out of luck. It's frustrating that people stealing things ruins it for the rest of us who just want to shop.
That being said, the staff makes up for it. The manager, Heather, gives absolutely 10/10 service. She is incredibly helpful, attentive, and handles the busy downtown environment flawlessly. It's a great spot to have in the city!”

“Love this place. Usually the staff is nice. Some times the staff is a little less than attentive. But the prices, the selection, the styles makes up for it. If you don't mind uncaring teen staff who don't really want to help and have a good sense of what you want and what looks good on you; I can't stress enough that you should go here.”

A customer today unfortunately treated her really poorly and while I was in line I noticed her patience despite the horrible treatment. If anyone had to say otherwise, they were not there to witness her kindness and patience despite the horrible circumstances.”

“I had a really great experience at JCPenney‘s. The workers there are amazing and made my visit very enjoyable. There was a group of three younger girls who help me with everything I needed. They welcomed me as soon as I came in, were very kind, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. They were patient helpful and had such positive attitude the entire time. Their customer service truly stood out and made my shopping experience, easy and comfortable.
