These people are not truthful.. "repaired a wheel bearing" and not even 200 miles later it started rubbing again and they tried to charge me another $400 to replace the SAME wheel bearing.. I literally took it in a month ago for a FULL INSPECTION and paid for it.. they said only ONE wheel bearing was bad.. then I drive 100 miles or so and it sounds worse then when I took it in the first time.. I take it in to have it rechecked and they try and charge me $135 to come back and tell me now THE OTHER wheel bearing is bad and then give me an estimate for $80 more than they "did" the first one for???? they don't back their work and overcharge for things that they probably didn't do the first time they charged you for them...oh by the way, the amount on my receipt for my original wheel bearing replacement was significantly less than the quote for the new one they wanted to charge me for.. $317 on the first one and then $397 for the 2nd one.. one month later.. sorry inflation doesn't explain that ? STAY AWAY!

Worst place ever took my truck there for a inspection for steering problems told me ball joints fix all ball joint but that wasn't the problem to begin with they just wanted my money they only had my truck for 20 minutes before they called and told me they where done with the inspection so they didn't take the time to make sure that was the only problemService: Steering & suspension repair

I had my car towed here because it wouldn't start. It sat on their lot for almost a week and they couldn't fix it. Then I had it towed to the dealer, they put in a new sparkplug, and it was fixed in no time. .

Today, I had to visit this Firestone Service Center because a recently repaired tire from one of their competitors, on the day before, failed to plug my flat tire properly. Their customer service is, in my eyes, top-rate. They even waived the cost to repair the tire. Way to go!!

I appreciate the hard work they put in replacing all four brakes in my car. There was a slight hiccup but it was taken care of without any worries.

If you've done business with Firestone in Southgate on Eureka, have it checked by a reputable mechanic. The one that just looked at mine showed me where they'd put my (not large enough for my vehicle) Power Steering Cooler on WITH A ZIP TIE. They must've been too put out to put it inside the black case in the second photo, they're employing people that don't know what they're doing, or they just don't care.Ridiculous, right? Took my wife’s GMC terrain & my daughters jeep wrangler bought a total of 9 tires customer service reps were excellent courteous, and listened to what I needed answered all my questions,they found something wrong with my daughters vehicle called me very quickly, and it had it repaired. Pricing was reasonable with other shops around the area we opened up a charge account and got an additional discount on all products that were purchased. Two ?? up if we have any other vehicle needs, we will return to the firestone.Keep up the great workServices: Wheel alignment

I had my car serviced at this Firestone location about a week ago; several issues were brought up, I opened up a credit card through them, and three and a half days later I received my car. Even though they supposedly performed all recommended services, I don’t notice any positive difference in my driving experience, my check engine light came back on again, and I think my car is actually performing worse than it was before now. It doesn’t make sense to have to spend several hundred dollars a month for half a year on services that I saw no benefit from whatsoever; only detriment. I have no idea what they actually did to my car that made it so nothing improved at all, but it’s as if nothing was done at all. Every issue I’ve brought to them is still there. So what’s the point? I’ve lost a great deal of trust in Firestone as a whole.

So my front tire shredded off the rim on my way to work. Luckily the great people at Firestone Southgate got me back on the road in less than an hour! Great service!

I’ve used this location for a few years. Management has changed during that time. I have two tires from Firestones both with a warranty. I had a flat tire, on the Firestone tire. When I asked the cost for the price with the warranty it was $20 ish dollars. Well later I’m told, it’s not a Firestone tire and I’ll need a new tire. I was confused because I was sure it was my Firestone tire that was flat. I wasn’t with my car so I’m thinking maybe I have the tire mixed up. When I get to the store I pay (also bought a battery so $400 for everything). When I get to my car, I still only have two Firestone tires! Sure enough it WAS my Firestone tire that needed to be replaced. I go back inside to speak to the manager and he tells me I should have said something before because the tires were picked up the day before. As if I would know that information. Now he tells me he’ll have to speak to the woman that said it wasn’t a Firestone tire, the next day and follow up with me. He never did. Now this could have been a situation that maybe I went over the miles for the warranty. I don’t believe I did but perhaps. My issue is the lying and no follow up. The manager kept trying to be the responsibility on me. I don’t work with cars! I trust Firestone to be honest and inform me about my car needs. The fact that nobody ever followed up makes me feel like they simple lied.Service: Tires
