Oil change and tire rotation, with appointment. Store was clean, and shop areas appeared clean. Employees were friendly. Cost was explained prior to work. Progress report was offered while I waited.( voluntarily). Billing was explained thoroughly before payment was requested ( I really like that!) I am satisfied

The service technician, is a very good and skilled person. However Enterprise rental car, is not. I am very disappointed in Enterprise and nobody should count on the roadside assistance. Even for minor tire services it's better to pay for it yourself and let Enterprise repay you.
