I usually have a good experience at the store.Corporate is not so good, I don’t know if they just go with cheap vendors to handle their home deliveries but I bought cabinets for new kitchen here, we love them but the delivery was terrible, multiple of the cabinets were broken and chipped, not too bad, Lowe’s replaced them with new ones, problem is when we finally had it delivered, they were the wrong ones, ours were still in the warehouse, they told us we could get it re-delivered in a week but we couldn’t wait that long anymore so we had to drive ourselves to the warehouse to pick it up, I asked corporate for a refund on my delivery fee since I had to pick it up myself, I’m still waiting for my refund, almost two years later

Came into Lowe's checking on walk in garage door to get estimate. Was greeted by Roger and Carissa the sales specialists. They were very knowledgeable and explained costs. They scheduled a installer to come and take measurements of the door. I returned later to order the door I liked and make appointment for installation. The installer Mike was prompt and did a Fantastic job installing my garage walk in door, he cleaned up the area looks better than when he arrived. I LOVE THE NEW DOOR Thank You Mike the installer. PSS of Southgate Mi.

Went in this morning to return 2 faucet rebuild kits that were well past the 90 return policy. The young lady verified that it was still a currently stocked item and processed the return and gave me a store credit. This was exactly what I expected. And she did it with a smile!

I purchased a refrigerator online from Lowes. The refrigerator was delivered in poor condition with scratches along the side. It appears to be used. I contacted the Southgate Lowe’s and was assured by a manager that a new one would be delivered within 7-10 days. I then received an email from Southgate Lowes indicating I needed to pick up the refrigerator. I’ve tried contacting a manager several times. I’ve been hung up on and placed on long holds each time without success. Not what I expected from Lowes at all.

One star only because the guy in garbage disposals was great - helpful and knowledgeable. All "sale" items I bought rang up at wrong price. For one item they claimed it was "marked wrong" and didn't honor the sale price on it. The other ones had to be adjusted manually, because I caught them charging me more than was tagged. Either lousy organization, or they try to get away with scamming you on the price. Not happy with this place. I'll take my business elsewhere.

The evening of Dec 15 I went to find some bolts to replace what was lost from my rolling walker. An associate by the name of Ann answered my call on the help button. She found what I needed and then installed them and checked the rest to be sure they were properly tightened. Thank you, Ann and Lowes.

Ordered a refrigerator, a freezer, a stove, and a microwave, and refrigerator arrived damaged. It was a manufacturer issue so I requested an exchange. Long story short, five phone calls, and two weeks later they pick up my fridge on a Sunday and tell me they will deliver my new fridge on a Wednesday. This is after telling me they could make an exchange on the same day so I wouldn't be without a refrigerator, which was my primary concern. Now I don't have a refrigerator for three nights and I am living out of coolers on the driveway. I politely addressed it with them and they told me they don't compensate for "inconvenience". I have to take time off work for another delivery, unpacking and leveling another refrigerator and pay for carry out as cooking and storing leftovers in coolers on the driveway isn't optimal. I was thinking $100 gift card would've been fair as they gave me $100 off the freezer because the delivery guys squeezed it through the top of my door and scratched it because they were too lazy to take the doors off. I don't know what kind of service you would get elsewhere but I know what kind of service and consideration you get from Lowe's. They don't stand behind their service and they don't care about wasting your time so long as they get paid in full. Disappointing.
