“Darrell was seriously the most helpful employee in any phone store I’ve ever been. After the guy at the Fort and Pennsylvania location told me “metros system was down” so he couldn’t give me my transfer pin and account number, I called this location and Darrell said he absolutely could do it as long as I had my ID. He was so helpful and kind from the time I walked in to the time I left.”
“I was having trouble with my phone. She helped me sort both issues out. She pointed out that I had used up most of my space and suggested a few new phones comparable to the one I had but with more memory and longer battery life, but there was no hard sell which I appreciated!”
