“Mack at this store is amazing at what he does. Not many people are at the level of customer service as this guy is! Refreshing to see and experience! My husband needed a pair of supportive shoes for work. Mack assisted him by starting with the arch technology so he could get the proper insole, and then they began searching for the correct shoe. “Amazing work and attention to detail at a reasonable price.
The souls on my riding boots (motorcycle) were very worn so I took them in to have new souls put on.
They far exceeded my expectations, new souls, re dyed the boots (they were very weather beaten to where they were gray and no longer black) and even repainted the metal clips on the bottom of the boot for my rain gear to attach to.
Not often now a days to have a business exceed expectations like Factory Finish did.

“This sombrero was my grandfathers. I brought it back from Guatemala when I went out there in March it’s about a little over 15 years old and in extremely bad conditions as you could tell in the picture. I had went to Rodriguez Vaqueruta In hopes of restoring it. After taking a look, he did let me know that there wood be a risk in ruining the tejana, I told him I would put it in his hands to see how far he would go. And I’m so glad I did! “Lizzy's shoe store is nice. They have everything all in one. Wonderful place to shop. The store clerks are not following you or making you feel like you are a thief like other places. They watch from a far. It makes you feel comfortable and want to shop there. Excellent service. Anything you need shoes, dress and even formal dresses, sweat shirts, plants they have. Go there They are great place to shop!”

“Called ahead as I was looking for a dressy red hat! He was so kind to check and had a few big not quite what I thought... when I went in amazingly they had one red party hat amongst many gold ones and several winter hats that I also purchased. “I always have a good time in any Mark's I visit. Usually I'm only in there for new works boots when they're on sale at 1/3rd off. The first lady showed me to the right boots and was kind and helpful.I tried on size 9, too small, I tried on size 9.5 too small, tried on size 10 and by this point the second lady was cleaning the floor and asked if I needed any assistance. She was also kind and helpful. Size 10 felt good but then tried on size 10.5 and that was the perfect fit. A little wiggle room for thicker socks and to account for feet swelling as it happens normally hroughout the day.We all had a bit of a chat at the counter and it just makes the whole transaction that bit more enjoyable. So thank you to the 2 kind ladies for taking care of me! God bless.”

Not only is the staff Charismatic and very welcoming, Sonny’s has the newest and most fashionable shoes, clothing, hats, etc. it’s the perfect store when you know what u want and no other stores have it. “Was assisted immediately after I asked where the men's shoes were? After I chose a very nice pair of Sperry Topsiders that are lace-up, but Extremely comfortable. While I was checking out to buy my shoes, I asked if after I walk out the door the shoes were mine? She said absolutely not. If I wasn't ? satisfied, I could return them within a generous amount of time period and Either exchange or get a refund. “My kids run track at woodhaven high school. Went to this shoe store because it was recommended by the school. A bit pricey but the help was awesome and the guy gave me 10% off and I said wow to the total of 3 pair total was 435 after his 15% off 385 now that’s love. Good store great people”
