“My beardie wasn't acting like himself so I scheduled him an appointment. The staff was really good with him even though he had a little attitude & acted more like a dog. He was tryna be a biter, luckily they did extremely with all his attitude and gave him the care he needed. Kinda pricey from the last vet he went to but it beat the 30 min drive to Ann Arbor.”

“Me and my sweet pea drive from Detroit to visit Southgate Animal Hospital because the staff is so kind and the care is excellent. I have been bringing multiple pets here for years and have always been met with lots of compassion.

I was sitting in the lobby yesterday and listening to Frankie interact with everyone so kindly in person and over the phone. She was calling everyones pet a sweet angel. Her positivity and warmth is radiant and infectious and I hope she knows how much of an impact she is having on the patients around her. Especially in an environment that can stir up lots of anxiety for people.

I called to thank her and ended up speaking to her mom, Rita, only to find out she is radiating love and kindness in the same way, and that it runs in the family!

Ernie recently saw Dr. Sapra and he was patient, attentive, did not rush at all, and took the time to explain to me what was going on and allowed me to ask lots of questions. The nurses, I did not get their names, were also so nice and gentle.

If you are reading this review to see if you should make Southgate Animal Hospital your new vet, I couldn't recommend enough.”
