“I had an wonderful experience yesterday with the owner Juliana. I came to get my gown hemmed!! When I left out, I had a new custom designed gown. I was so happy with the changes that were made. Juliana custom designed it to my body type. I am so happy with the final product. Thanks for your awesome creative touches. Please go visit the boutique it has some very beautiful unique gowns and special accessories for your special ocassions. Thanks again for redisigning my gown, and by making it a one of a kind. “I love this store. They have a very nice collections of hijabs, sets, and dresses. I mostly buy hijabs from them, their fabric is great and they always have hijabs that other stores don’t have.
However, their customer service is really bad. I had two negative experiences with the lady at the front desk. She’s very dry and talks with an attitude. No customer would come back if they are treated like that. Greeting the customer with a smile and treating them in a warmer way would makes them feel more comfortable and encourages them to come back and recommend the place to others.
Other than that I really like their products, but my problem is their customer service. I hope they take that into consideration and improve it.
I've decided to update my review to 5 stars after having a wonderful experience with Saba during my recent visit. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to.
I also purchased four beautiful hijabs and absolutely love them! My only regret is not getting a fifth one to take advantage of the deal they were offering. Unfortunately, I live quite far away, so it's difficult to make another trip within the one week exchange policy.
Overall, they have a lovely selection of hijabs in a variety of styles and colors, along with beautiful dresses. I would definitely recommend checking them out!”

“My wife loves this place. I was a little leery of going alone to attempt to buy a gift for her but Erin was SO helpful and SO nice. I brought pictures of my wife's jewelry and Erin was happy to take a look and help with my selection. I ended up buying a necklace and earrings that matched a ring my wife had previously purchased from El Dorado. Erin's keen eye caught that ring in my pictures and made my gift giving so much easier.

I was impressed by how much Michigan sports merchandise they carry — from Lions and Tigers gear to Red Wings and college teams — all in one place. It’s the kind of store where you end up spotting things you didn’t plan to buy but actually want.
We went in just to browse and ended up leaving with a hat and a hoodie. The selection made it easy to compare styles and sizes in person, which is something you don’t always get online. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to walk through, and the staff were friendly without being pushy.

“So I visited a free people store while I was on vacation. Unfortunately, the security sensor was still attached to one of my shorts and I didn't notice until I got back home. That store had got in contact with this relatively closer store(thats 1 hr and 30mins away from me) and they were more than happy to receive my item and remove the sensor for me. “Such a beautiful little corner gem of a clothing and shoe store. The space feels welcoming the moment you walk in and I absolutely love the name.
The clothing is right on trend with a perfect balance of bohemian chic and modern style. Everything feels very updated, yet timeless at the same time. The colors are thoughtfully curated, a mix of soft neutrals and rich jewel tones that really make the displays pop.
I especially appreciated how the jewelry is paired so well with the outfits on display it makes styling so easy and inspiring. They also carry Birkenstock shoes, which is always a plus!
Even the fitting room is adorable and thoughtfully designed.

“Recently one of my ship to store order was sent to Macy's Southland store in error. It would have taken me over an hour each way to drive to this store to pick up the order. I was able to reorder one item in my order while the other item in the order was sold out. I contacted the store and left a message with the contact I was given, Elizabeth (Administration office?).
