The bumper, taillight, top of bed liner removed to fix the damage about the size of a basketball. The whole right side of the box repainted.

“Went in there today for some slide pins for my truck, the young lady at the counter had just sold the last pair earlier in the morning. She immediately started looking on the computer and found a set in a caliper set. She pulled them and order a set for tomorrow to replace the kit she sold us. I am floored on the customer service. Ill be going to O'Reillys from now on. A simple 15 dollar part but she made it happen! Thank you again!”

“Even though I didn’t end up purchasing any parts, I felt compelled to leave a review. I came to Carquest Auto Parts in Battle Creek after having a very uncomfortable and disrespectful experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts, and the difference was night and day.
The team at Carquest was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. They took the time to listen, treated me with respect, and genuinely tried their hardest to track down the part I needed. Even though we ultimately couldn’t find a solution, their effort and hands-on customer service did not go unnoticed.
That level of professionalism and care goes a long way. I truly appreciated the experience and I think I’ve found my new go-to place for parts. Highly recommend giving them a chance.
