“Walked in and was greeted right away. Associate came up to me and I told him my mega list of problems with my feet and legs. Standing on concrete, flat feet , knee pain and so on. He hears exactly what I was ayung and off he went. Found a pair that fell great. Took off again to see he if he could find something different. Super helpful kinda guy. Daughter even bought a pair after me. Same thing with a different Associate. As I was checking out . I had asked about insoles. He said save your money until you try them. Great place to buy a pair of shoes. Plenty of clothing as well.”

I had to wait about 50 minutes to be seen due to not enough employees working in that section - it's not their fault it's just unfortunate that that is how it is most of the time. Most of all he helped me pick the right helmet for my rather large head as finding an XL helmet is very difficult. Still sharpening by hand, and if anything is wrong with a sharpen, an order, or any other issues, I have called up and they offer to fix any issues immediately and in most cases for free, even when it was my mistake. Love this store. They don't carry as much as the livonia store, but the customer service here over the livonia store (horrible store and workers at livonia) is outstanding!”

“Great place for name branded sneakers/boots, especially for those that are collectors/resellers, to add to their list. Not too sure if this location/stores carries orthopedic sneakers outside of types of shoe brand NB (new balance). I love this style of retail where the customer doesn’t get bombarded with “sometimes” annoying salespeople trying to upsell certain brands. I like the fact that you can go into the area, sit and try on some pairs w/o any fuss. This is coming from a person that has worked in retail for over 20+ years. It’s been a minute since I’ve gone to this store/company, but I get really annoyed with places like footlocker. I always feel like the establishment doesn’t teach proper etiquette when it comes to servicing customers. I’m the type of person, if I need anything, I’ll come to you. Hopefully one day retail will change their ways on how to approach/sell to the public. After Covid hit, it seems that the new wave/ways of selling associates has changed, some sales people are down right rude/arrogant. If I walk into place, and I feel “they’re” pushing (upselling) products outside of the one thing you came there for, I’ll literally put the product down, and leave…..especially when you/I know the brand/item you’re looking for. The rule I was taught, is once eye contact is engage, you ask open ended questions, or compliment something. For instance, my intro isn’t just, “hi how are you today”, instead I would compliment the customer with, “I like the the color shirt you’re wearing.” When you ask those types of questions (PAY ATTENTION RETAIL SALESPEOPLE). Be kind/be genuine/be yourself, and not to get too ahead of yourself when you’re selling products, remember you’re not only selling the brands in the business, but you’re selling yourself……everything else will follow. If you’re lucky, that one customer will only come to you for purchasing.”

“I know this is the store's website and this review is about the golf professional, but not sure where else to leave it. I've been playing golf for over 50 years and David Clark diagnosed a major swing flaw of mine in less than 5 minutes when we worked together in the spring. I had 3 lessons with David, and I learned so much about both the swing in general but also my swing. Great video and analysis tools, and I like being able to re-watch the lessons.
I had a great golf summer, hitting it better and scoring well. It's a major change and I need more work, but David has me on a great path and I look forward to working with him again this fall.”
