“Just want to commend Wes for his great service. Not only did he answer all my girl-questions and show me which coolant I needed, but he even stepped out to the parking lot to show me where the intake valve is located. Although warm a/c is not a crisis, this was my first time handling any sort of vehicle related issue without my dad. I would have otherwise gotten on YouTube and maybe spent a little longer in their parking lot but thanks to Wes @ O’Reilly it ended up being a super easy fix! I’m basically a mechanic now 😉 Thanks again for “pointing” me in the right direction 😆😁”

I’ve been in this business for minor things, but this time I needed a new car battery. I had called around the day before looking for a car battery. I chose Great Lakes Battery based off the price, the 6 year warranty, it being a local, small business and their In God We Trust sign. The best part is the service was fast and the two employees that were working there at that time-Kayla and Brogan. Both employees were efficient and friendly. I had hardly finished paying and my car was complete.

I will continue coming back. Last visit they tested my battery and alternator on a 16 year old Escape we just got for my daughter. He told me it was ok, but also mentioned that it looked to be misfiring and that could be causing my problems. Was recommended a fuel additive being it had old gas and it is running a little better after adding that and topping off with premium as recommended.”

“Bought windshield wipers ask the guy behind the counter if you install them he said for the most part, so when we went outside we had the rear replacement wiper and he could not figure out how to replace, handed me the wiper and said you're on your own basically, he did replace the front wipers, and I took a 2-minute Google and found out how to take the cover off the rear wiper and replace it myself right there in the parking lot, please train your counter guys to replace rear wiper blades, I will do it myself next time,”

“Told the gentleman about my experience at the oil change place that I was at before the check engine light came on. He scanned the code for my check engine light. He said based on what I told him I might want to check to see if a sensor is unplugged. He was 100% correct. Save me taking it back to the shop that may have been trying to rip me off.”

“I just met this guy named Chris. He is an employee of O’Reillys. I just got it aftermarket grill and it had some lights on it. And I had no idea how I was going to put it together as far as the electrical part.. and Chris came outside with me and looked at what I had and showed me exactly what to do and when I was outside taking the light apart, he took it upon himself to get the electrical stuff that I needed ready for me when I got inside, I bought the stuff and then he came outside with me and showed me how to hook it up..
