Contacted Door Openers late on a Friday afternoon and received an immediate response from Marc. He went right into troubleshooting, asking what units were working and asked for the model numbers of the pieces I had. On Sunday evening I get an email from Marc saying that I had an additional unit plugged in to the wall outlet connecting to the motor unit. I never knew it was there. Simple instructions from Marc followed and within minutes of programing, I had a functional key pad.Happy I found these guys online. Fast shipping, great pricing and the best in customer service.”

“I consider myself an avid woodworker/DIYer type who values the benefits of precision tools. Woodcraft offers a very large selection of medium to high end tools. While it shares similarities to Rockler, I think their focus is on providing the widest selection of higher end tools from around the world. IMHO, while Rockler has many great tools too (lower to high end tools), more often they push their own branded goods, which can be a hit or miss in terms of quality. While shopping at Woodcraft and seeking advice I feel that I'm getting useful feedback; While at Rockler I can get good advice as well, however too often I feel the impact of their corporate mission's mantra, that is to constantly upsell some gimmicky end cap item(s). Woodcraft rarely offers incentive sales while it's routine at Rockler. Honestly, both are great places, but Woodcraft certainly wins this race for the type of tools and brass tacks approach.”

One thing I really appreciate is the helpfulness of the staff. On multiple occasions, I’ve had associates go out of their way to help me find what I need or offer advice on a project. The store layout is generally easy to navigate, and their online ordering with in-store pickup is a convenient option when I’m short on time.

That said, there have been times when finding an available associate for assistance took longer than expected, especially during peak hours. Also, while their inventory is usually well-stocked, certain items can occasionally be out of stock or back-ordered.

Overall, Lowe’s provides a great shopping experience with a solid selection, fair prices, and helpful service. If you’re working on a home project, it’s definitely worth checking out.

“I couldn't be happier with this Benjamin Moore outlet. First, the owner Merlin let me in to look at paint samples before the store was ever even officially opened! So very nice! And Karen is the most helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate employee ever. As a former painter, she not only knows everything about paint types and colors, but she is happy to take the time to share her wealth of knowledge with you and educate the customer about the choices and options out there. Plus, she expertly mixed two colors we needed for a color match. These colors and its sheens are flawless and completely disappeared with touchups on the interior walls. After I had a nightmare experience with a painter I found online, she recommended to me Chris Wise of Wize Painting and I couldn't be happier with the results. Karen at Benjamin Moore for the paints and Chris Wise and his team for the painting are the dream team you need to get the paint job done right at a very reasonable price! Thank you so much!!”
