“When I ordered my paint supplies from Ace ,I thought that I asked for it to be sent to the centerline ace hardware. Instead it went to the nine mile ace hardware. The three young sales associates there was phenomenal. I needed to purchase some additional supplies and they were very helpful in helping me to make my selections. A special shout out to Travis who brought my supplies to me, helped me select the primer and then put everything in the car for me.”

“Product shipped and received in a timely manner, though the mandrels were not as expected.Some were rusty and the rust continues to grow like cancer. Others were fine and are without rust today. North Idaho is pretty dry in the winter, so humidity should not be much of an issue.Gummy tape residue requires solvent to remove prior to the mandrels serving a useful purpose.”

He's a down-to-earth, honest person that despite a ridiculously busy schedule managed to come out to our office and troubleshoot our non-operating Vanderbilt Bright Blue security system. He made a phone call after a couple failed attempts to fix and just when he was ready to make another phone call, he tried something else that had our system up and running again! And rather than just packing up and leaving, he fixed the door that had been slamming for 2+ years now just cause it bothered him ;-)”

Had an attitude from jump. Fortunately the other associate saw what was happening and stepped in. Some people are in the wrong line of work and want to punish those who shop where they hate to be. They even have gone out of their way to make sure I had coupons for specific things I was buying. It’s always very quiet, organized and friendly in there and has everything I need to do my house projects. Love it!”
