“I ordered the subscription service for the first time & wasn't sure it would arrive on time, so I ordered a small bag for pick up. Next thing I know, the large bag I ordered was delivered, along with the smaller bag because they noticed I ordered it & hadn't gotten it yet. How considerate! Also, their employees are always kind and amazing evey single time I'm there. My dog loves going on little adventures through the store & getting a treat on the way out.”

“Once again, another great experience with the Fresh Decor family! Not only did we do lots of painting and got all of our paint and supplies from them, we also ordered carpeting from them and had a fantastic experience. Everything went so smoothly and they were very helpful. If you’re lucky enough to get Jerry as your installer, he was meticulous and absolutely the best. We found a tiny snag the next day from one of our other contractors, and Jerry came back on his own time and fixed it for us. Five star customer service.”
“Decent if you only need one or two quick things and you don't want to go to a big box store. Unfortunately, the pricing seems to be much higher on certain items that I have compared. The staff is very helpful and friendly from the minute you walk in the door. The store has had a newer remodel and has made the flow much better. I will say the Ace rewards program is pretty much useless. So many constraints and so short timelines that anymore. For me it's not worth it. So know when they ask if I have a rewards number. I'll just be skipping that. It definitely will keep buying there even though some of the stuff is much higher than I want to pay because them being in our community is a vital commodity.”

“I stopped in here at my plumber's recommendation with no idea of what kitchen faucet I wanted. The sales person was super friendly and helpful, taking a lot of time to show me a variety of faucets and their features. When I found the one I wanted she was able to have it shipped directly to my home. Much better experience than looking for a faucet at a box store.”

She was able to paint match a color in less than 5 minutes after I had spent hours working with SW to get the match. After it still wasn't right, I ran to HD and was in and out in 10 and it was a MATCH!!! I'm just going to call Elizabeth the paint pro now!!!!”
“Stopped in to grab a new temperature guage(12:1 infrared laser thermometer) its ruggedly built. I walked some of the aisles and found some other items I needed. Asked one of the employees where something was while they were helping another customer. Very knowledgeable, pointed me in the right direction to the exact spot. I would stop here for any tools or needed accessories.”
