“I ordered the subscription service for the first time & wasn't sure it would arrive on time, so I ordered a small bag for pick up. Next thing I know, the large bag I ordered was delivered, along with the smaller bag because they noticed I ordered it & hadn't gotten it yet. How considerate! Also, their employees are always kind and amazing evey single time I'm there. My dog loves going on little adventures through the store & getting a treat on the way out.”

“Decent if you only need one or two quick things and you don't want to go to a big box store. Unfortunately, the pricing seems to be much higher on certain items that I have compared. The staff is very helpful and friendly from the minute you walk in the door. The store has had a newer remodel and has made the flow much better. I will say the Ace rewards program is pretty much useless. So many constraints and so short timelines that anymore. For me it's not worth it. So know when they ask if I have a rewards number. I'll just be skipping that. It definitely will keep buying there even though some of the stuff is much higher than I want to pay because them being in our community is a vital commodity.”

I have a residence in Sawyer Michigan. But I was out of state and one of my Fleet vehicles broke down on the side of the road about a mile away from their location. I spoke to Laura and informed her that my driver did not have any tools and I asked if I could purchase a crescent wrench and would she be able to deliver it to my driver. Without any hesitation, Laura said “yes I can help you“. In about 10 minutes, my driver had the tool and was back on the road in another 10 minutes. Thank you to Laura and all the staff.”
“I stopped in here at my plumber's recommendation with no idea of what kitchen faucet I wanted. The sales person was super friendly and helpful, taking a lot of time to show me a variety of faucets and their features. When I found the one I wanted she was able to have it shipped directly to my home. Much better experience than looking for a faucet at a box store.”

“Stopped in to grab a new temperature guage(12:1 infrared laser thermometer) its ruggedly built. I walked some of the aisles and found some other items I needed. Asked one of the employees where something was while they were helping another customer. Very knowledgeable, pointed me in the right direction to the exact spot. I would stop here for any tools or needed accessories.”

We received a new range that just didn’t look the way we thought it would, and she helped us arrange a return and also price matched the replacement over the phone at 9pm. “Mike was great and made my screens with no problem! After another Ace Hardware location told me they could have my screens ready in six days, I came back seven days later only to find that they had completed just one screen—and it wasn’t even the right size.
I ended up calling a different Ace Hardware, and Mike and his team knocked it out in just one day. They made all the screens correctly and even gave me a call as soon as they were finished.
What a great experience! Excellent customer service, great communication, and quality work. Highly recommend!”
