“Making a call for service on one of your home’s most essential/expensive pieces of equipment is slightly nerve wracking.. “I e ran here for random bolts or nuts or such things time to time over 20 years. Online inventory seems to be accurate which is a huge help. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They're a bit more expensive than the big box stores, sure, but it's convenient and not outrageously more. I do wish they carried Craftsman stuff as that's my personal preference and I'd buy my tools and bits here to support local. But that's a company decision, not a location one. Worth checking out! Check online if they have what ya need as well”
