“I went to see the jeweler about getting a ring sized that was purchased online. He was able to stretch it for me while I waited. Very grateful so that I didn't have to exchange the ring. Will definitely see him for all of my jewelry needs.”

“I enjoyed my shopping with Gaines. They're so helpful and very honest. I purchased a battery for my watch today. And my last experience they helped by temporarily putting a ring guard to keep it from sliding until I get it sized smaller. Excellent customer service”
