“I have not purchased a vehicle from a dealership for over 20yrs. I have shopped many dealers and always walked away as a result of the salesperson not staying in the parameters of my need, being pushy, or being way to chatty. I stopped in I75 Autosales after hours to look at their inventory and returned the following day to be greeted by Ellery. The conversation was short, professional, courteous, friendly, and to the point. I came back the next day to look at a different vehicle and was approached by another salesman. My wife and I politely stated that we were working with Ellery and we will just wait.
***Here is the kicker*** the salesman stated we don’t care who was helping you, we’re all here to help each other, do you want to test drive a vehicle and get some pricing while you wait, or do you have a lot of extra time to just wait?
Long story short,
Ellery’s initial help, the 2nd salesman’s assistance in looking at other options, Ellery’s final closeout, and the 3rd salesman’s assistance person that showed me the ins & outs of my “new” vehicle was a breath of fresh air of team work and customer first service that is not typically found at a dealership in my experience. This is the second unit that was purchased by our family from this location. The owner greeted us and did not pressure us into anything. The price on the lot was different from what was online and he honored the price for us. I will definitely use this lot for my next outbuilding when and if I need another.”

“I strongly encourage you to read this entire review. I found online auto while shopping for transit vans. They had better selection and pricing than any dealer i could find by a landslide. I worked with Mitchel. He’s incredible. I texted him at 9am on a van they didn’t even have posted yet. He had it ready for me to test drive by 2pm and answered all of my questions knowledgeably and transparently. He read me as a buyer perfectly and gave me exactly what I needed. I left within 30 minutes with all of my paper work done to get the van delivered to my business the next day. That’s right. 30 minutes in a dealership and they delivered the van to my business. Talk about service. They promised me they would fix a TPMS issue that was not fixed when it was delivered. The owner of online auto called me personal to assure me it would be fixed and to just take it to my local Ford dealer. Unfortunate that the issue wasn’t fixed but they did everything they should have to make it right. From here on out I will just test Mitchel directly when I need a vehicle for my store and I have 100% trust and faith that they will do it right. Stop going to new car dealers for used vehicles! Only go to online auto!!!”
