I didn’t know someone could know that much about scents! She expertly guided us on how to mix scents to achieve the perfect blend of what we wanted. With so many scents, her confidence made the whole experience feel easy. We will definitely be back!”
“I love the selection they always have. Great prices which hard to find in July 2026. I bought a living room set in 2024 and a recliner this week of July 2026. Bob's delivery is top notch, as well as their sales people on the floor. I shopped at Garner White but their prices, availability for items never reflect their ads of same day delivery and huge discounts. That's what made me check out Bob's. They also have great coverage in case of any failures or accidental damage. Try Bob's if you're out looking for furniture. If anything changes with my experience with Bob's I'll update my review.”

“I’m so glad I came to this store to look for mattresses. Robin is one of the most honest and kind saleswoman. She is truly a mattress expert! She helped my parents select a mattress that was safe for them based on the measurements of their bedframe and my parent’s height, so they have a low risk of falling. She was cognizant of the bedroom door dimensions in case the box frame needed to come in splits, for example. The mattresses arrived in perfect condition.”

My journey began with exploring and selecting tile for my foyer, garage entry and 2.5 bathrooms in late 2023 It continued with refinement of selections and ordering in 2025. As I’ve needed additional tile to repair a shower floor that was improperly installed, Elisa was right there expediting orders so my contractor could work me in between jobs. As my project is winding down, I have nothing but praise for Elisa who responded to texts, even on her days off. Huge thanks, Elisa for helping make my remodel a success.”

“I had the most wonderful experience and help at Farmer John’s nursery yesterday; I walked in looking for a boxwood plant to eliminate deer munching on my landscaping. I was looking at one variety when the kindest, most efficient employee named Maria saw me and asked if she could help. Boy, did she ever! She alerted me to the fact that on the clearance rack - at 75% off - they had a different variety of boxwood, and they were beautiful. She was knowledgeable, accommodating, and very thorough; I purchased two and I’m on my way back to get some ornamental grasses! I highly recommend this business.”

“This store was great! I needed some Annie Sloan chalk paint and they are the closest retailer to me. I was a little bummed that I couldn't return any unopened cans of paint but the owner asked where I lived and offered to deliver paint to my house if i needed. i decided to still buy an extra can because I know I'll end up using it somewhere. I also found a great piece of metal art there. I love refinishing old furniture pieces myself, but anyone that wants restored furniture without having to do the work can find wonderfully refinished pieces here.”
“Ed, is AMAZING! If you have honeycomb shades and you need a repair, do yourself a favor and COME HERE to get them repaired! He is quick, he educates you while repairing your shade (this is if you stick around while he does the repair!) what amazing customer service!!!!!”

“I first shopped at FO when they were on Merrill and I bought two decorative down pillows that stood the test of time until a new rescue puppy found the corners. ;-o Since first meeting Zach, I became a loyal customer, sometimes just a shopper, but he always welcomes my dogs into the store, since we often walk from home. I've always had wonderful interactions with all of his employees - I could name them all here, but I'll give them their privacy. Zach works incredible hard, really knows the apparel market, and has done a fantastic job bringing in home accents. He's got a buyer's eye, a keen business sense, and he's committed to the community. At a time when corporate retailers are flooding B'ham, best to stick with the true boutiques. Afterall, isn't being unique part of being an individual?”

They also have some unique items such as a "Joshua Tree" in a can, miniature tube man for your desk, etc. I wish that we saw Urban Outfitters get it's own separate store in Michigan.”
