“I went to Ace Hardware to buy a trailer mount and ball, but I accidentally bought the wrong size pin. When I came back to exchange it, they didn't have the size I needed. The cashier actually took the pin off his own trailer hitch and gave it to me, calling it even. That's the kind of customer service you rarely see anymore. We should pay more attention to and support local mom-and-pop stores like this”
“I came in and rented a trailer from Matt, he was very helpful and professional even though he was having a bad day. Austin was awesome getting me set up as I had the wrong size ball on my hitch. Great team great experience I highly recommend”
“Every time I go to this home Depot if I ever have questions there's always someone to help me. They always ask if I need help and I always feel like I walk out getting what I needed.”
“One of my favorite stores, wide variety of products from food, pets, tools, garden and building supplies, RV, patio, seasonal, clothes, automotive, household supplies, and more. Unique solutions to problems and helpful staff.”
“This is my go- to place for soil and certain vegetable plants in spring. Not many employees if you need help, but the ones who are there are helpful. What i don't like is having to order gardening supplies and then go back to the store to pick it up. They need to go back to being a full service store. I could just order from Amazon but I'd rather get my needed supplies at the store. They complain about people not buying at the store but then don't carry everything that's needed, so then I'm forced to shop Amazon.
They tend to over water their plants, but they do guarantee their plants so keep your receipts.”
