“After weeks of getting the run around from several Ford Dealerships trying to diagnose an electrical issue with my car, a friend who received excellent service from Bayview suggested that I have them take a look at it. More told me to drop off the vehicle and he would figure out the problem.

“This is the second time I have used Tom's Family Auto Care. The first time, roughly a year ago, they solved my problem over the phone, saving me $$$. I usually work on my own cars, but certain things need to be done by those smarter than myself. So, when a perpetual AC issue plagued my daughter's car, I decided to let Tom's solve the dilemma. And when all was said and done, my anticipated $600+ problem, was a mere $92 - The AC was "over charged". Yep, feel like dummy, but now smarter, and with a bunch of $hundreds still in the bank.”

After checking out my car, he highly recommended against it due to the high miles in my car as it can cause slipping in that case. He could have just done it and took my money, but his honesty saved money and possible headaches too.”

“I am leasing a 2024 Ford Ranger and since the first day (19 months ago), there has been a nail in the back tire (driver side) with very little air loss (put air in maybe 2-3 times in that time). Anyway, took it to half a dozen shops and all said, cant be fixed since it's embedded on the edge of the tread and side wall. I finally said screw it and will live with it. A few months later I had some time and stopped by Lobos (no prior experience with them). I asked if they had a used tire that they could put on? The manager looked at his tires and said yes, but its not the same brand...I said, it needs to be Goodyear Wangler. Anyway, I inquired what a new tire would cost? He looked it up and said $200 installed. I started to ordered it while explaining my story. He said, let's go look at it. He checked it out and said, that's not a problem and we can patch it (no plug but a patch from the inside). I said, 'let's do it' and 45 minutes later, I paid $30 and was on my way...great place and will take all my tire issues to Lobo Tires.”

“I was in Detroit 11/7-9th for family death. Upon getting on the highway in wintery weather, my tire pressure light came on and I googled tire shops open near me. I was given this tire shop. I went there although a little out of my way to have my tire pressure checked. Not only did the guys here checked my tire pressure they filled each to capacity without charge. Very nice guys there. “Over the top friendly service acutely just stopped in to price check tires for my Gladiator I just picked up had running boards put on and the stock 17 inch wheels just wasn’t going with the flow so wanted to go wider tire and ended up buying a set of tire and wheels they really had alot of patience with me because I was really undecided took different rim and tire combinations out and set next to my vehicle until I was comfortable with a set I like not pushy very friendly even it being a 100 degrees out definitely one of the best tire shops I’ve been to in a long time definitely going to be a return customer again over the top service.
