“This is the second time I have used Tom's Family Auto Care. The first time, roughly a year ago, they solved my problem over the phone, saving me $$$. I usually work on my own cars, but certain things need to be done by those smarter than myself. So, when a perpetual AC issue plagued my daughter's car, I decided to let Tom's solve the dilemma. And when all was said and done, my anticipated $600+ problem, was a mere $92 - The AC was "over charged". Yep, feel like dummy, but now smarter, and with a bunch of $hundreds still in the bank.”

“Chance the Alignment guy was able to get my tundra perfectly aligned when the dealer told me I needed a $199 diagnostic and $279 alignment to figure out what’s causing my misalignment. After a couple tries he was able to get it figured out all for $89.99. Great work, not the lazy guy that doesn’t care and gives up.”

“I was having a very bad day my first plan was to try and get service from another tire place in Lincoln Park on forth St, since I usually buy tires there but I'm so glad someone recommended Arandas instead they also saved me an extra $100.00 from what I was first quoted from the other tire place and most importantly they didn't mind me asking questions! I wanted to be reassured the problem will be handled it was my first time there 🤷🏽 anyway my entire day was lifted and my car is working like I drove off a new car lot!! thank you ever so much Arandas Tires!! I went there although a little out of my way to have my tire pressure checked. Not only did the guys here checked my tire pressure they filled each to capacity without charge. Very nice guys there. “I'm a car buyer for a small rural Ohio dealer group and had very recently sent drivers to the auction to pick up some cars. I got a phone call from one of the drivers saying that one of the tires would not hold air. I asked him to find a tire shop to have it repaired, figuring it caught a nail in the tread and needed plugged. He happened upon this wonderful little shop and they found that the tire had a long crack on the inner sidewall. They had a matching (size/brand/model) tire with very similar tread depth to the bad one and installed it on the spot for a VERY reasonable price. Did I mention that Todd, the man who helped, just had his lunch delivered as my driver pulled in?? No matter, he let his lunch get cold and got my driver back on the road lickety split. Thanks Tire Shop, and especially Todd for taking care of us!!”
