“I was most satisfied with my experience at Toledo Coin Exchange. The pricing was very fair, much better than the rubbish offers I was given elsewhere. The competitions pricing is an insult compared to Toledo Coin Exchange. The chap I worked with was named Joshua, I believe, and he was spectacularly knowledgeable on coins, especially English coins. Though the only thing lacking at this establishment was the
interior design choice. A bit too shoddy for my taste. But nonetheless, my experience was excellent and I’ll be sure to visit again.”

“First off. I don't even have to ring the buzzer to get in? After having all those issues I walk in the place is spotless. There is alot of merchandise that I was free to browse without feeling hacked. Guess that's what cameras are for. After making my decision the service rep recommended an even better option that I three or more times originally refused I'm very glad to have taken his advice. You could clearly tell it wasn't to make a buck either. I'm sure he didn't loose one either but I appreciate his honesty. “I went to the store at the Toledo Museum of Art with the intention of purchasing locally created glass art as gifts for my out of town friends. The TMA store was a wonderful surprise! They offer an extensive variety of gifts. The childrens books on art, as well as other informative subjects, definitely caught my eye. Although the store had limited display space, the staff was happy to pull out different options for each of the items in which I was interested. They went above and beyond with their willingness to take me to another room where there was an endless supply of more locally produced artwork. The staff was knowledgeable about the background for every piece displayed for sale. The only problem I encountered was deciding which pieces to select for purchase! The prices were reasonable and varied with the intricacies in the detail of the artwork. They offered gift boxes for each item purchased and an option to have the item shipped directly from the store. After leaving the store, I thought about more friends who would appreciate gifts created by local artists. I can't wait to go back!”

“Went there 3 different times and had excellent service. I had a watch battery replaced, and a unusual item of a pocket knife fixed because is a lose screw. They did what they could work what they had and I was satisfied by that result. If you need some work done on a watch, clock, jewelry I would try them.”
“I had a watch in need of repair. I took it to the place where most people take time pieces in need of repair. They said I needed a main gasket and crown gasket replaced. $60, and they would have it in a few weeks. I came to Yelp and found Tom Rumpf. He looked it over and said the main gasket is fine, but the crown needs to be replaced. He did the job for 1/4 the cost the other place quoted, and I had my watch back in 2 business days. Tom is now my go-to guy for watch repairs.”

“We’ve made a few purchases from them and we have loved the items ! Unfortunately there’s been an issue with every one of them and it’s so frustrating . The most important piece is my wedding ring . We went to them because they are always nice and friendly and reasonable pricing so of course we thought to go for this . I had to take my ring in many times in the first few months due to diamonds falling out of the band , when we purchased it one of the diamonds was offset and sticking out so I had to get that repaired . They sent it out for one of the repairs and the metal was then ruined and the diamond they used to replace it didn’t match the others , the prong was so smashed down as well . I just wanted my ring back and accepted it for what it was . I had to go in for missing diamonds after that yet again , I can say they’re always ready to repair the issues BUT why in the world do I have to keep going back . I’ve been missing a diamond for months because I just don’t want to have to be without my ring for a week or even have to go in and deal with this again ! I now have 2 diamonds missing , my center diamond is loose and rattles but again I don’t want to take it in , be without it then get it back in worse shape than it ever was . mind you , I’m a stay at home mom , I take it off when I use harsh chemicals and I’m very safe with my ring . I’m highly upset with the quality of my ring and the constant worry of losing another diamond to the point my husband just wants to buy me another but I legit LOVE my ring and the style . Again , they are all so nice and very personable but the quality of their pieces just doesn’t match the quality of service !”
