The Best Western Plus Traverse City offers a great location, with easy access to the area's wineries, beaches, and downtown. Guests appreciate the hotel's convenient parking and small touches like the free latte machine in the lobby and complimentary cookies in the evenings. The 24-hour indoor pool, while not super heated, provides a comfortable space to relax. The rooms are described as decently spacious, with mini-fridges and good bathroom sizes. Guests note the rooms are generally quiet and soundproofed, even when adjacent to pet-friendly rooms. The TVs are a bit small, and there's no channel guide, but overall the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel's location allows for easy walkability, with a sidewalk right outside leading towards downtown, about 1.5 miles away. Guests feel safe and secure on the property. The free breakfast receives praise, with a waffle maker offering both regular and banana nut options. However, some guests note an excess of plastic waste, like individually wrapped bread slices and disposable cups. Overall, the Best Western Plus Traverse City is recommended for its clean rooms, friendly staff, quality breakfast, and convenient location near the area's attractions. Guests appreciate the hotel's amenities and plan to return for future visits to Traverse City.
We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with a great selection. One of our favorite touches was the delicious cookies served every day at 6 p.m. It made our stay feel even more welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!
