About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental at Traverse City Airport provides generally good service with polite and efficient staff. Many customers report smooth transactions and excellent, clean cars. The team is noted for going above and beyond, with specific praise for accommodating late-night arrivals and being helpful and informative during returns. However, some experiences include a lack of explanation during pickup and occasional poor communication. A recurring concern is that cars are not cleaned thoroughly enough. A significant criticism involves the return process, where keeping engines running creates unnecessary emissions, which customers find to be a poor business practice. Despite some issues, many clients plan to rent again.
