“A special shoutout to Maddy and the entire team at Enterprise on S. Garfield Rd in Traverse City, including management! I apologize that I don’t remember everyone’s names at the front desk, but every person I’ve dealt with there deserves recognition.
They’ve consistently been quick, professional, friendly, and easy to work with. What I appreciate most is that they genuinely seem to look out for their customers and have always helped me find the best rates and options available, rather than just trying to get me into the most expensive rental.
Maddy especially deserves a shoutout, but the whole team and management have created a level of customer service that keeps me coming back. Every experience I’ve had with this location has been smooth and hassle-free.

“Nice and easy to drive wheelchair van. The price was fair enough, but I would have liked to known beforehand the cost per mile overage fee, which was nowhere on any of the documentation. Not a deal breaker in any way, however I prefer complete disclosure. My rating is based on my overall experience.”
“My company had a last-minute need for additional transportation for the Sara Lee Cares event honoring our hometown heroes…and without Joe at Dean Transportation stepping-up to help, it is likely that thousands less people would have been there to honor our police, firefighters, military and more. Nate, Mike, and Jason were some of the easiest going people to work with – during downtime, they were fun to be around; when things picked-up, they were consummate pros. Nate in particular offer excellent advice throughout the event to help us run our transportation as efficiently as possible. The Grand Traverse community is a better community because firms like Dean Transportation make it so.”

“My reservations didn’t mention anything about the desk closing at 6p, so I didn’t have anyone to give me my prepaid rental at 6:05p even I arrived from the FBO. Had to get a ride to my lodging and back on the morning to pickup my rental. Other than that; no issues with the rental or customer service there.”
