“My company had a last-minute need for additional transportation for the Sara Lee Cares event honoring our hometown heroes…and without Joe at Dean Transportation stepping-up to help, it is likely that thousands less people would have been there to honor our police, firefighters, military and more. Nate, Mike, and Jason were some of the easiest going people to work with – during downtime, they were fun to be around; when things picked-up, they were consummate pros. Nate in particular offer excellent advice throughout the event to help us run our transportation as efficiently as possible. The Grand Traverse community is a better community because firms like Dean Transportation make it so.”

“I reserved a car here for a little over a week. Everything went smooth when I arrived. I was first in line so it went pretty fast. The car was a Mazda CX5 that was pretty clean and had no problems. I was able to return the car early in the morning and put the keys in the drop box at the counter. They credited my $200 credit card hold with a day or two. I would recommend.”
“Nice and easy to drive wheelchair van. The price was fair enough, but I would have liked to known beforehand the cost per mile overage fee, which was nowhere on any of the documentation. Not a deal breaker in any way, however I prefer complete disclosure. My rating is based on my overall experience.”

“The staff at the counter were very nice. The vehicle was not what we expected. We reserved a Nissan Rogue and got a Mazda CX30 which was smaller. The Mazda had 28K miles on it and was not in great condition. This was a dissapointment.”
“On December 13, I had to return a car as my contract was up and I wanted to rent another vehicle that was all-wheel-drive because of these winter conditions and Nicole with Budget was awesome in helping me and very helpful and accommodating And got me into the perfect vehicle for the next month. Thank you, Nicole and Budget and I will continue to use you guys in Traverse City.”
