“I'm rating the store location itself--great service. Make an appointment aka reservation online before you go. You can do this right from the Google Maps listing. It's easy and you jump the queue. You're able to arrive & check-in up to 30 min early. This is what I did and was helped within 5 minutes of walking in the store. About 5 minutes later I was walking out with the new cable modem equipment I came for. Couldn't have been easier.”
