Shame on spectrum for short staffing their stores. While the company profits are in the billions, every year their stores are and have always been short staffed. Waiting to see a rep for an hour and a half is beyond the pale. This isn't about the Reps. It's about Spectrum. Shameful.

Way to go Spectum increase the cost of the landline we once had for over 30 years. No additional costs on your end as equipment has been in place for a long time. We simply could not afford having it any longer with your price increase.
