I purchased a car from them, and about a week or two after the warranty expired, the alternator failed. I returned the car to them, and they paid for the alternator, while I was responsible for the labor costs. I found their service to be excellent and their staff very helpful.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve had from a dealership. They were easy to work with and not pushy in the slightest. Tim went above and beyond; I experienced a family emergency and he helped me with getting the car back home to Houghton Lake (on a Sunday of a holiday weekend at that). Absolutely amazing.
