“Representative fixed squeaky door before giving estimate. He gave a fair written estimate within 24 hours. Body repair was removal/replacement painting of a fender. Work was completed in two days, one week before the promise date. The car was returned completely cleaned inside and washed outside--like a detail job---and delivered to my house by the representative that served me. Outstanding service and quality work!!”

“I was first recommended to Sullivan’s Auto Clinic for my 200,000 mile maintenance work on my 2003 Subaru Forrester. Recently, I began having issues with my car that seem to be electrically related. I went to Sullivan’s Auto Clinic and spoke with Matt who was kind enough to come out and look under my hood And recommend a simple fix on my battery terminal that did help whenever is going on with the car. They are so busy and I never expected him to actually stop what he was doing and do that work for me right then and there. They definitely care about the work they do. And I very much appreciate them.”

Worldwide Import Automotive/Zimmerman Auto Haus was recommended to us via Tate's Body Shop (another excellent place to use) when our engine started throwing out faults when we left Tate's. Tate's recommended Worldwide not only because they are excellent but they also work on imports (we drive a Mini Cooper.) Being close by also helped. Shawn the tech took a break from his work when we got there to come out and look at the engine to see what was the matter and gave us a rough overview of what was going on. Because of Worldwide's superior service, reputation, and work, they were booked out for some time. Mae recommended calling BMW (who own Mini) but BMW charged significantly more for the same parts and were also booked out as far as Worldwide. We decided to go with Worldwide and towed Mortimer back to our house to wait for our appointment. When our appointment came up, we towed Mortimer back to Worldwide for the repair. Mae was fabulous in keeping me updated, responded to my phone calls promptly, and even texted me if she had questions. Thanks to unexpected extra time and a cancellation in their schedule, they were able to get Mortimer fixed less than the time they originally estimated. We also had an oil change done after the repairs. Not only did Mae keeps us in the loop, but she walked us through everything about the repairs and why some things were done the way they are. I was so excited when we got him back, I hugged our car several times.
We were so thrilled with Worldwide, we'll be using them for Mortimer's future oil changes and any other repairs that come up (Mortimer is 10 years old). Highly recommend, A++, would use again.”
