“I have a soft spot in my heart for this place because my great grandma lived around the corner and knew the family that ran the store for a long time. With that said, it is a great store to stop at on the way to a picnic at the lake or on the way home after a long day at work. Every time I'm in the area, I like to stop in and get that wonderful nostalgia feeling.”

“Food isn’t cheap, but you’re not buying cheap food. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. Cute and full of fine packaged and prepared foods, with fresh produce to boot. Next time we are here, I plan to buy something from the deli to heat up at home. All looked great.”
