“Oil change was finished quickly but they checked nothing else saying it all looked okay. Told me I had a rear seal leaking. I will have that checked elsewhere to confirm. Hope he was correct.”
“I went in this morning for a typical oil change. Normally, I go to a family mechanic back home, so this was a new-ish experience for me, and I was a bit nervous. Lauren and another guy welcomed me immediately. The experience was quick and professional, but the best part was when Lauren talked to me about my car. She wasn't degrading; she was helpful and kind. She read the situation and considered that I might not be well-versed in this topic. Instead of treating me like a dumb girl who doesn't know anything, she offered to show me things and talked me through options and outcomes. 10/10 experience. Please buy Lauren a sweet treat for me.”

“My 2009 Subaru Impreza broke down and after googling the warning lights I determined it was probably the alternator. I had it towed to Empower Automotive in Traverse City, and they said my battery was too deteriorated so they would need to replace that before running their “diagnostics”, and they would have been happy to do that, for $650. To change my battery…let me repeat that, $650 before I could even begin to understand what’s wrong w my car. I called up Randy’s, spoke w Jason. He was fantastic right away. He agreed to look at my car so I had it towed to them. Not only did he fix my car in like record speedy time, my cost OUT THE DOOR, was less than what empower was going to charge me for running “diagnostics”. (Oh and my battery wasn’t junk either) 🤔
Anyways, I can’t recommend Randy’s enough! Oh and this all happened today…Friday afternoon. I’m already back on the road. Thanks Jason and everyone at Randy’s! You guys rock!!!”
“I was there today 5/7/26 and one bay was being used for an extended period of time, leaving only one bay open. I was the 3rd vehicle in line, and the crew was nice enough to let me know there may be a longer wait than usual. I was pleasantly surprised to see how quickly they worked to make sure my wait wasn't that long. It was nice to know that they crew was concerned about only having the one bay, and they worked extra hard to move the line along. Well done everyone!!”
“Today, Matt Sonny and Andre gave me excellent service. Told me about the free top offs I usually go to the 14th St. store. They do not give near the service you receive here at the Chelse corner location. I will definitely be back to this location and only this location. I run a small business and wish I could find employees like these three thank you very much. I’m not sure if Matt is the manager, but he definitely should be a manager probably a regional manager, how good his service is thank you very much for reading.”
“Showed up at 8:15 Saturday morning. Honestly, i have always been skeptical about express oil changes and have always done my own, but no room in the garage, weather continuously below freezing so here we are. Excellent experience from start to finish. 10 minutes tops. Team in the bay was efficient. Excellent customer service. Friendly. Talked about cars with team. Highly recommend!!!!”

“Ethan and Jake were the best. I’m from Wisconsin and thought I was having oil troubles after my drive into town. I called ahead of time, and all the guys knew who I was and what the situation looked like because Ethan passed along the info. Jake checked on everything, gave me the green light, topped off a couple fluids, and didn’t charge me a cent.
I’d be coming here every time if I didn’t live 6.5 hours away.”
