“Had an incredibly positive experience yesterday with the print department at Staples (2/2/2026). The clerk who helped me with my print order was so helpful. I had ordered a 15 page print order, and realized when I picked it up that I hadn't selected the right quantity when I printed it. The clerk immediately offered to print the additional set, and didn't even charge me for it. One of the best and most memorable customer service experiences I've had! “I had to ship a large box, that I bought at the UPS Store, that ended up being too big for everything I was sending. My attempts to cut it down and seal it were not successful, with uneven cuts and tape not adhering properly.
So, I took my monstrosity of a box to the UPS Store to see if they could fix. Heather was there to save the deal. She patiently recut and taped the box and got it ready for shipping. She really went the extra mile.”
