“Saved my display! After arriving to Traverse City for a conference and my marketing pieces did not, I had to scramble. It was AFTER 6pm on a week night and I had to find someone to print off some PDF’s so I had something to present. I called and Jen let me know she could accommodate my request and get them printed before they closed that night. I uploaded my documents, called her back with my confirmation number and she had the done in the 20 minutes it took me to drive to Staples.”
“Had an incredibly positive experience yesterday with the print department at Staples (2/2/2026). The clerk who helped me with my print order was so helpful. I had ordered a 15 page print order, and realized when I picked it up that I hadn't selected the right quantity when I printed it. The clerk immediately offered to print the additional set, and didn't even charge me for it. One of the best and most memorable customer service experiences I've had! I have lived here for 8 years and have always gone to small, independently owned print shops because I didn't think the big box corporate experience would be all that great, but she did an excellent job representing the Staples brand and making my day a little easier. “I had to ship a large box, that I bought at the UPS Store, that ended up being too big for everything I was sending. My attempts to cut it down and seal it were not successful, with uneven cuts and tape not adhering properly.
So, I took my monstrosity of a box to the UPS Store to see if they could fix. Heather was there to save the deal. She patiently recut and taped the box and got it ready for shipping. She really went the extra mile.”
