“Had an incredibly positive experience yesterday with the print department at Staples (2/2/2026). The clerk who helped me with my print order was so helpful. I had ordered a 15 page print order, and realized when I picked it up that I hadn't selected the right quantity when I printed it. The clerk immediately offered to print the additional set, and didn't even charge me for it. One of the best and most memorable customer service experiences I've had! I have lived here for 8 years and have always gone to small, independently owned print shops because I didn't think the big box corporate experience would be all that great, but she did an excellent job representing the Staples brand and making my day a little easier.
