TBA Credit Union is a great credit union with great customer service. It began with a few spare dollars and a basic trust in people, growing to serve over 17,000 members in Michigan. The staff are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and personable, providing a great and easy experience. Members report feeling welcome and appreciate the amazing online services. The credit union provides a wide range of services, stays true to its co-op roots, and lives out its mission of serving the community and building trusted relationships. It is highly recommended.
